Processing Time:
Each order is carefully crafted to ensure high quality. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
If you need expedited processing, please contact us at contact@millypark.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Time:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery time varies based on location and any potential delays from the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates:
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic ground orders $200+ within the United States.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Custom Made Time Frame:
Depending on the design and any embroidery work, the creation of your custom piece will take approximately 2–8 weeks.
Taxes, Duties, and VAT for International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and Value-Added Tax (VAT) charges that may be applied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the merchandise price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for International Orders:
MILLY PARK is partnering with Global-E to ship orders outside of the United States Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes to your respective country will be displayed as a separate line item in your checkout cart. All duties paid at checkout are not collected by MILLY PARK; they are passed directly to your local customs office.
Order Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Address Changes:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please email contact@millypark.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed and dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
MILLY PARK is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Lost Shipments:
MILLY PARK is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
